Vita is an AI-powered wellness app that helps users adopt healthier lifestyles. By combining fitness tracking, nutrition insights, and personalized recommendations, it creates a holistic ecosystem for health improvement.

The challenge

Many people struggle to keep a consistent healthy routine. Existing apps split fitness, nutrition, and mental wellness across separate platforms, making sustainable habits hard to build.
